Please dial *171#, select Airtime Recharge >> Damaged. Enter the serial number and 5 consecutive digits visible on the recharge voucher excluding the first three numbers. You'll receive a recharge confirmation upon successful recharge. Please note that if you enter wrong recharge details three (3) times your account will be automatically locked, hence, due care must be exercised. Thank you.
